Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I own a small boutique commercial real estate company called Apex Properties.
My current website is www.gowithapex.com and is hosted on godaddy. I am looking for an all new website that will allow me to compete with bigger players in our industry. In other words, I need something professional, sleek, and functional.

I am looking for a designer that can take my complete website all the way to coding, migration, and launch. I understand that this may be an add'l charge, so please include with your design submission what the add'l charge will be to take the website to launch with all functionality as described below.

As an example of a page in my industry that I like please check out: www.davidyashar.com.

My logo is attached and my main colors are the blue, white, grey - similar to the logo.

I am looking for a five page website with the following pages:

Home
Apex Team
Services
Sold Properties
Contact

A couple of features that I will want on the site are:

- I want to make sure that we can imbed a news commercial real estate news feed from: http://www.cretech.com/news/ on the website's home page, similar to how it is on davidyashar.com.

- Sold Properties page will allow me to upload the following information on to the website so that I can add new properties that I have recently sold on a weekly or monthly basis. I would like the information to be displayed similarly to http://www.davidyashar.com/properties.html . I should be able to upload: picture, price, bldg size, lot size, closing date for each property. This will require a user friendly back end that I can navigate.

- On the home page, I also want to have a form where visitors can request a Market Analysis of their property by entering: Name, property address, email address, phone number. I will be sent an email with this information and I can follow up via telephone or email direct.

- The Apex Team page will have a picture, contact info, and brief bio for each member of the team. I would like to be able to adjust this on a user friendly back end.

I have included my Company Logo. Feel free to use any text from my current website: www.gowithapex.com. Also, any sleek looking stock photos of office / commercial buildings can be used for the initial design purposes.
