I would need a little clarification on the following:

"Sold Properties page will allow me to upload the following information on to the website so that I can add new properties that I have recently sold on a weekly or monthly basis. I would like the information to be displayed similarly to davidyashar.com/properties.html . I should be able to upload: picture, price, bldg size, lot size, closing date for each property. This will require a user friendly back end that I can navigate."

You said "Sold Properties", and again you said "Closing Date for each property". If they are sold properties, why closing date? Please clarify.

Please clarify if you are referring to Properties for Sale or Properties Sold.

These would be properties that have already sold. I will not be using the website to market properties that are currently available for sale.
