please search in google for V letter logos. it is a free ' V ' letter logo copied and submitted.
This logo is freely available in fotolia.com. anyone can use this.

I already did Google, also approached Designcrowd Admin/Support myself regarding this issue which I believe you reported and was cleared from any copyright issues.
