My first book for a global audience of modern performance leaders needs its cover!
I am an international executive coach and I've developed a new approach to replace classic Performance Management with a natural, sustainable approach fit for human beings :) My first book is about this approach and serves two purposes: helping leaders and sparking their curiosity to learn more, and positioning myself as a thought leader in the field.
The book is built on personal experience; it is both professional and personal ("From me to You"), and I'd like to position it beyond classic categorisation.
Its cover should communicate humanness, naturalness, ease and joy, within an unmistakably business-y context. I would like to see designs that use the color yellow (but not sure it communicates the right things).
