Hello, great designers,
I got a question from one of you - what does "Align!" mean, in the context of human collaboration and performance leadership?
I use "Align!" and the concept of alignment in this way: when what you think and feel aligns with what you do; when you align with people you collaborate with, as well as the outer reality - the context - you are part of; and when you align with the future (as well as a positive-experience past), then you are in full alignment and performance will naturally follow.
Aligning is when you're removing obstacles (I call this "friction") to doing good work; when you align expectations, for instance, with your stakeholders; or when you change processes that get in your way.
Hoping this clarifies "alignment" and my invitation in this book to "Align!"?
Hi can you share some imagery thoughts so tht we can try to do some things better. Thanks
Hello again, great designers,
Thank you all for submitting your best ideas - and for agreeing to play with my input.
I am running a poll and showing some of my personal favorites to my target group, and I will make a decision shortly...
