Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Silver View Farm is a manufactured home (mobile home) community located in an upscale beach area of Delaware between Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. This area is extremely popular with vacationers, second home owners and retirees.
Silver View Farm is a 3rd generation family small business and was established in 1974. The name originated from a beautiful view of the glimmering water of the Rehoboth Bay. The bay could be seen from the roof of the old farm house that stood on the property that is now a mobile home community.
The community owners pride themselves on providing an affordable living in an upscale area and maintaining the clean, orderly and peaceful community.
We need a logo to be used on our website, business cards/stationery and banners. The logo should represent the pristine and peaceful qualities of the community and be connected with the name and its origin. We prefer a two- or three-color logo where 1 color must be silver/light gray and the other color(s) could be green (medium), blue (medium), black. We are attaching the photos of the actual homes which you could use in your designs according to our vision (just countours, as below) or your own.
We have the following 2 ideas for the logo but will be interested in getting other options as well. So please use your creativity.

Idea 1 (see example-1):
- Replace middle text with community name (Silver View Farm)
- Replace phone number with Family last name (Truitt) and year (1974)
- Replace trees with view of water or a view of a residential street in perspective
- Replace mountains and roof lines with a contour of a home from the provided photo-1-1 or photo-1-2 making sure pole light is placed visibly in front of home
Idea 2 (see example-2):
- Replace community name
- Replace top text with “Location. Affordability. Legacy” Come up with a suitable separator instead of dots
- Replace house and tree with a contour of a home from the provided photo-2 (front view of a home and a pole light)
- Add a text line at the very bottom that will include family name and year
Sun could be added to the logos to reflect the beach area location.
Include pole light (see photos for the kind of pole light) as they are present by every home in the community and you CAN include some simple landscaping.
The font type preference is as in example 2 (not a specific font but rather the type of font). In general, we prefer a block font rather than italic.
If you include a slogan, then please use "Location. Affordability. Legacy"
