Prestige beach resort manufactured home community needs new logo to reflect its spirit

Silver View Farm is a manufactured home (mobile home) community located in an upscale beach area of Delaware between Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. This area is extremely popular with vacationers, second home owners and retirees.
Silver View Farm is a 3rd generation family small business and was established in 1974. The name originated from a beautiful view of the glimmering water of the Rehoboth Bay. The bay could be seen from the roof of the old farm house that stood on the property that is now a mobile home community.
The community owners pride themselves on providing an affordable living in an upscale area and maintaining the clean, orderly and peaceful community.
We need a logo to be used on our website, business cards/stationery and banners. The logo should represent the pristine and peaceful qualities of the community and be connected with the name and its origin.
