Newsletter-Design Kurzbeschreibung
I need a newsletter for realtors who specialize in high-end home sales for Orange County, California. Please see the attached draft of the newsletter we have in mind. Please note the logo at the top and the beach imagery and please use these and complementary fonts, colors and themes when creating your design. These particular realtors focus on very high-end clients with a specialization on ocean front properties. I WANT YOU TO PLEASE USE THE HEADER FROM MY ATTACHMENT IN YOUR NEWSLETTER. THIS NEWSLETTER IS INTENDED TO BE SENT OUT VIA EMAIL ONLY, NOT PRINT.
The idea behind the newsletter is that it will cover four broad categories. We will have a content creator who will pull content each week, however we need a nice looking template that can support their content. These are the four categories :
1) Market Data - this will pull graphs and information that the realtors receive, directly from the MLS (home listing site). Most of this will be in graph or table form, so we need a nice way to support that.
2.) Featured Listings - this will show the featured homes they have for sale at any given time. This section of the template should have a place to put pictures of the home with supporting text.
3.) News you can use - links to videos and articles relevant to the real estate industry and in the area.
4.) Upcoming OC Events - list of upcoming events in the area.

I feel like I need to post this update in case there was some confusion in my contest brief.
I DO NOT want a new logo or header design. What I am looking for is a newsletter to support the header and logo I already have, and for a nice template which includes each of the four sections I described in my brief. I would like you to think about each of the four sections and design them accordingly. There needs to be a good section for graphs (market data), for videos, for featured listings (pictures of homes with supporting descriptive text) and upcoming events (maybe supported by a calendar and text sections to describe the event, etc.)
This newsletter will be sent out as email only. Your entries should be made as .pdf or as a word document. Thanks.
