Need Professional, Modern, Clean Newsletter Templates for High End Real Estate Agents in Orange Coun

I need a newsletter for realtors who specialize in high-end home sales for Orange County, California. Please see the attached draft of the newsletter we have in mind. Please note the logo at the top and the beach imagery and please use these and complementary fonts, colors and themes when creating your design. The idea behind the newsletter is that it will cover four broad categories. We will have a content creator who will pull content each week, however we need a nice looking template that can support their content. These are the four categories :
