Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need an appealing professional web site design and images for a brand new company producing and selling products focused on children’s health. The site will offer information to visitors on the company, the company’s products, and general resources related to children’s health. Additionally the site will offer e-commerce functionality to allow for ordering of the company’s products.
The content and navigation for the site will be generated by programming, such as php or asp, and therefore any images used in the navigation portions of the site should allow for HTML markup to be overlaid rather than having the text built into the image or graphic.
The design must include 2 layouts, one for the landing/home page that includes only top navigation, and an inner page layout that includes both top and left navigation.
The header area of the site should include a place for links to access the visitor’s cart and profile similar to the top sections of newegg.com, amazon.com, and bestbuy.com.
The landing page of the site should include some type of “changing” image area where we can include multiple image files for rotation to visitors similar to what is seen at cisco.com or juicyjuice.com. The flash/animation mechanism does not need to be provided (although it would be a plus if it was) but the design must accommodate the space for it.
The company’s colors are Orange (FF9900) and Blue (0066FF) and the logo can be viewed at http://littlefutures.com/logo.png
All CSS and markup provided must be display consistently in Internet Explorer 7+, FifeFox, Google Chrome, and Safari.
Incorporating social media links (facebook, twitter, etc.) is desirable.

Everyone,
Thank you all for the amazing designs. We are in the process of
reviewing all of them. There are too many to provide individual
feedback but please be aware that several designs are being considered at this point. We will choose a winning design shortly after the contest closes as we have been paying close attention to things as they have come in. There are several of you that submitted more traditional e-commerce designs and I will tell you that we will not be choosing one of these so if you would like to resubmit something in the last few hours we will have a look at it. While the site will sell products, it will be only a few so the site needs to be focused on providing information and content as well. I will say that some of you gave us exactly what we were looking for and we are very impressed.
