Site for company producing and selling products for children's health

We need an appealing professional web site design and images for a brand new company producing and selling products focused on children's health. The site will offer information to visitors on the company, the company's products, and general resources related to children's health. Additionally the site will offer e-commerce functionality to allow for ordering of the company's products.

The content and navigation for the site will be generated by programming, such as php or asp, and therefore any images used in the navigation portions of the site should allow for HTML markup to be overlaid rather than having the text built into the image or graphic.

The design must include 2 layouts, one for the landing/home page that includes only top navigation, and an inner page layout that includes both top and left navigation.
