Hi Faisal, 

I completely understand where you are coming from. we would see what we could do about guaranteeing the payment. we did think of guaranteeing the project once we see something that we definitely like. Please understand our position as well, we have learnt our lessons the hard way, once we commit payment, we do not get the same response, because they know we don''t have a choice but to pay among the whatever design we receive. 
At this stage, we could definitely assure you as we are very serious and would ensure the design we like we would like the payment go to the same designer. Also, we are opening very soon, within a month, So I do not have any time to extend the contest. Infact we are in a hurry to get the logo, as once we have the logo, we could launch our next project for menu designing & stationery. Also, we would have to give this to the signage person to start making signage for the front of the shop.
I could only request at this stage that consider submitting couple of design, as soon as we like the concept & work, we would guarantee the project very soon and then continue finalizing. 

Hope you understand our position as well.  Looking forward to see your work. we would have serious think about the guaranteeing the project and you should see the same pretty soon.

Hello, seems to be an interesting project to work on ...

I would like to know what your menu is and if at all I can see what your resturant is like ??? Coz I want to clarify what I am visualising as a logo ... Also, what kind of food you have in your menu ... that will let me have more insight to what it should be like ...
