Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my new startup called Hunchproof.

Hunchproof is a web platform to help creative small businesses and independents to market their products more effectively, using a simple do-it-yourself guided system.

Hunchproof guides creative people through an interactive wizard style interface to discover who their audience is, how to reach them, and what messaging will convert them to purchase.

This will allow word of their amazing movies, books, music and art to reach their intended audience rather than get lost in the crowd.

Values & tone: Creative, indie, non-conformist, revolutionary, determined, authentic, insightful, self-depreciating, not-too-serious, cheeky, understated.

COLOURS:
- Not keen on yellows, oranges, or pink (unless pink is done in a masculine way rather than feminine).
- I like blue but is used too frequently with web companies, so use only if alongside a second colour that makes it feel unique.
- perhaps purple

Some people have asked questions, I have given responses and now will summerise so the information is available to everyone:

MEANING OF HUNCHPROOF
There are two words in our name ( hunch and proof) with multiple meanings for our brand:
1) "hunch" means intuition, having mysterious insight or knowledge that someone else doesn''t (sometimes correctly, sometimes incorrectly). 
2) Our users are creative people who frequently work on an intuitive level going on a hunch (sometimes correctly, sometimes incorrectly).
3) Our startup will help creative people to gain insight and knowledge.
4) Our starup has tools to help gain "proof" about their hunches, to prove their intuition is right, or to give them knowledge when their intuition is wrong so that they can correct it.
5) "proof" can also refer to a "proof of concept", when someone tests an idea or hypothesis to see if it is correct. We help creative people test their proof of concept.
6) "proof"  is evidence that establishes or helps to establish the truth, validity, quality, etc., of something
7) a "proof" is a sequence of steps or statements that establishes the truth of a proposition

COLOURS
I want colours I like but seem unique compared to other companies and competitors.
a) I don't like colours in the yellow and orange spectrum
b) I like blue but it is used too frequently with web companies, so use only if alongside a second colour that makes it feel unique.
c) colours like purple, green, pink and dark red seem to be less commonly used by web companies so these may be good space for the main colour. d) need to be aware of cultural meanings of colours, for example pink and purple are sometimes considered feminine so if use these it needs to be in a masculine/gender neutral way.

ANIMALS/CREATURES
I don't need an animal or creature in my logo, however am open to having one if it meets the criteria of the brief.  I picked logo examples that I liked because they seem unique, creative, personable, good at conveying the brand in the design, and I guess it turned out that a number of them have animals or creatures in them.

OTHER
Keep in mind that logo will need to be used across web, print, etc, so design needs to be able to work in a variety of uses.

Thanks for all your designs everyone :) One thing that seems to be a common thing I'm seeing is pretty standard font, so I thought I'd give some examples of fonts I think have more personality.


Here's a tip: what font would you use if you were designing an album cover, movie poster, or book cover? Because the people I'm talking to create these things, so that's the space I want my logo to fit into.
