Is it supposed to be a mobile web app, or made for the desktop?

It is a web application that will predominately be used on desktop devices, but when coded will be coded responsively to enable usage on mobile devices.

Please focus your designs on the "desktop" version which should work on a minimum resolution of 1024x768.

Ahh I just submitted a scaled down 640px wide version. It can of course be upscaled easily to 960px width. Let me know if the ideas are right and I'll make a desktop version of it. Thanks for the info.
