Logo for Online Luxury Auction

Hier ist was BigTicket suchte für sein logo design.

We need a logo for an online luxury good company called BigTicket. The company provides an online marketplace for sellers and buyers of luxury goods and those are typically sold at discounted prices. Think eBay for Ferraris.

We want to communicate that our platform is a serious, reliable and smart brand with a touch of miracle/WOW/"dreams come true"/"what a great deal" effect. In terms of positioning the closest brands I could imagine are Kuoni, Virgin Atlantic, Apple, Victoria's Secret - think affordable luxury (please do not copy their logos).

We are quite keen on an idea of a special character representing the platform (reliable, trusted, smart and funny), call him Mr. Big Ticket. Having said that we are also open to any other ideas and are very keen to explore them with you.
